And your progress is made by small moments of exertion. Periods where you’ll push a little bit hard, then rest. Without exerting ourselves Past our comfort level, we don’t get stronger. But without rest, we don’t recover and heal.
In my work with you, you’ll quickly see that my demeanor is a bit clumsy, kind, and curious. I think in metaphors, so you’ll get a lot of those. You’ll get pictures and analogies and diagrams and stories. Mostly, you’ll get validated. You are the specialist here. You matter. You can do this.
